Here are some useful ideas for how to use Empathy's essential oils:
1. Make your own homemade spritz and use as a room spray, body spray, yoga mat spray, pillow/sheet spray, air freshener/deodorizer, linen spray and car spray. How-to: Fill your Empathy spritzer bottle with 5 teaspoons or 20 ml purified or cooled boiled water. Add 15-20 drops of your favourite essential oil blend. Shake spritzer and spray.
2. Make your own homemade diffuser. How-to: Gather pinecones and place in a bowl. Cover with 15-20 drops of oil. Shake pinecones every few days to redistribute scent.
3. Use in your electric diffuser. How-to: Fill the diffuser with purified water as per your diffuser's directions. Then add 15-20 drops of essential oil.
Caution: Possible irritant to sensitive skin. Keep out of reach of children. If pregnant or under a doctor’s care, consult your physician.
